About Ohana PrepOur Campus at DCOTA

A Campus Inside the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA)

The Ohana Prep campus sits inside the Design Center of the Americas, a design and business campus of more than 35 showrooms in Dania Beach, just off I-95 at Griffin Road. Students walk into a working campus every day, surrounded by the entrepreneurs, designers, and professionals who run it.

Every school day starts inside a real workplace.

Ohana Prep students don't just attend school inside DCOTA. They walk into a working design campus every day, which builds a different mindset years before graduation, with direct access to internships, mentorships, and career exposure that let students explore their future while they're still in high school. The school is designed to feel collaborative, modern, and warm, a place where students feel a sense of creativity and belonging.

The campus occupies a dedicated, access-controlled space on the ground floor of Building A, with a private entrance for students and families, dedicated parking, and a streamlined drop-off zone. Students are safe and separate, and still part of the larger business community around them.

Inside the campus
  • Custom-built classrooms and multiple common areas for collaborative learning
  • Specialized science labs, art studios, and creative fab labs
  • A large multi-purpose room that operates as the cafe and auditorium for gatherings
  • Faculty spaces designed for the advisory relationships at the heart of the school
  • A private entrance, dedicated parking, and a drop-off zone
